Buhaira Corniche runs as a one-way loop for long stretches, so an address on the wrong side of the water means a full circuit rather than a U-turn. Telling us which side you are on — Corniche face or the inland face behind it — removes that loop entirely.

- Name the tower and the face it looks onto. Lagoon-facing and street-facing entrances on the same building are often on opposite sides of the block.

- Basement or valet parking means a lobby handover. Several Buhaira Corniche towers do not let couriers park at the entrance, so the rider will call from the desk rather than the lift.

- Weekend evenings are the slow slot. Al Majaz Waterfront draws heavy footfall on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights and the Corniche approach backs up; ordering before 7 PM avoids it.

- Al Qasba addresses need the bridge side. The canal splits the area and the two banks are reached from different roads.

- Paid parking zones apply. Riders stop briefly, so keep your phone within reach once the dispatch message arrives.

Range and Prices

Everything in the catalogue is available to Al Majaz. Indonesian TEREA cartons are 120 AED, Kazakhstan editions 125 AED, Japanese editions 210 AED and the Italian range 200–230 AED. Devices start with IQOS ILUMA i ONE at 160 AED, ILUMA i STANDARD at 260 AED and ILUMA i PRIME at 340 AED.

Two cartons from the Indonesian or Kazakhstan ranges will normally sit just under the free-delivery line, while three clear it comfortably — worth knowing before you pay 30 AED twice in a fortnight.

Keeping Sticks Fresh by the Lagoon

Waterfront apartments in Al Majaz get two things at once: strong afternoon sun on the glass and salt-carrying air off Khalid Lagoon whenever the balcony door is open. Sealed cartons are unaffected by either, but an open pack left on a windowsill or a balcony table will dry out faster here than it would inland. Keep the working pack in a drawer or a closed cupboard on an interior wall and the flavour holds to the last stick. The other rule is the familiar one: a carton left in a parked car on the Corniche in summer is a carton spoiled, whatever the shade looks like when you park.

Order Windows

Orders are taken every day from 6 AM until midnight. Mid-morning and late evening are the fastest slots into Al Majaz; the two commuter peaks and weekend nights at the Waterfront push delivery towards the two-hour end of the window rather than the one-hour end. You get a message when the rider sets off.

Nearby areas

We run the same 1 to 2 hour window to Al Nahda, Sharjah and across the border to Deira. The same window continues up the coast to Ajman. Timings for every emirate are set out on the delivery and shipping page.

FAQ

How long does TEREA delivery take to Al Majaz?

One to two hours from confirmation, every day between 6 AM and midnight. Sharjah is served on the same fast window as Dubai, unlike the outer emirates which run 12 to 24 hours.

Do you deliver to Buhaira Corniche towers?

Yes, including the lagoon-facing high-rises. Where the building restricts courier parking the handover happens at the lobby desk, and the rider calls you from there.

What is the delivery charge in Al Majaz?

Free above 299 AED, otherwise a flat 30 AED. Cash on delivery is available, along with card and bank transfer.

Where to Order

Pick a range — Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Japan or Italy — or browse the IQOS ILUMA devices. The quickest route is WhatsApp on +971 52 590 5493 with your tower, flat number and which side of the lagoon you are on.

This page is intended for adult nicotine users aged 21 and over in the UAE.
