A stick runs approximately 14 puffs or six minutes. Insert it to the printed line on the filter, draw to start on i-generation devices, and dispose of the spent stick when the session ends. The mechanism is explained in full in our induction heating guide, and the first-run steps are in the ILUMA setup guide.

TEREA vs HEETS in one paragraph

HEETS are the older sticks for blade-generation IQOS devices; TEREA are sealed sticks for the bladeless ILUMA generation. They are not interchangeable in either direction. What varies is the flavour line and the origin market printed on the pack — the same stick format is produced for Japan, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Switzerland and Italy, and each market’s range carries its own flavours and pricing. You can browse the whole range in our TEREA by country hub.

Pack sizes and UAE prices

One pack holds 20 sticks; a carton holds 10 packs — 200 sticks.
