At TereaStore, we know fast, reliable delivery matters. Here’s everything you need to know about getting your IQOS devices and TEREA sticks to your door.

🚚 Delivery Areas

We deliver across all 7 Emirates of the United Arab Emirates:

• Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman: 1–2 hours (delivery daily 6 AM – 12 midnight)
• Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah: 12–24 hours in all other emirates

• 1–2 Hour Dubai: 1–2 hours in Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman, delivery daily 6 AM – 12 midnight
• Other Emirates: 12–24 hours in all other emirates
• Remote Areas: 12–24 hours

📦 How We Pack Your Order

All orders are carefully packed in discreet packaging to protect your TEREA sticks and IQOS devices during transit. We use sealed boxes to ensure products arrive in perfect condition.

💳 Payment on Delivery

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) at no extra charge. You can also pay via bank transfer before delivery. If you choose bank transfer, please use your order ID as the payment reference.

🔄 Can I Track My Order?

Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive updates via WhatsApp. You can also contact us directly on +971 52 590 5493 for a real-time update on your delivery.

❌ Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched by messaging us on WhatsApp. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible but we’re happy to help with returns on unopened products.

⚠️ Note on Age Restrictions

Our products are strictly for adults aged 21 and above. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age. Our delivery team may request age verification upon delivery.
