How to Read a TEREA Pack Before Using It in IQOS ILUMA

Quick answer: read the product name, origin market, pack quantity and compatibility information before using a TEREA stick. Packaging varies by market, so colour, warning language, QR codes and print layout should not be treated as standalone proof of authenticity.

After completing the pack checks, the TereaStore UAE authenticity guide path leads back to the current catalogue.

1. Confirm that the pack says TEREA

TEREA is made for IQOS ILUMA-family devices. Do not insert TEREA into IQOS 3 DUO or another older blade-based device. If the pack says HEETS or BLENDS, it belongs to a different device family.

2. Read the complete edition name

Do not rely on colour alone. Similar colours can appear across Regular, Menthol and Pearl products. Read the full printed edition name and compare it with the exact product listing.

3. Identify the origin market

TereaStore lists TEREA from several origin markets, including Indonesia, Japan, Kazakhstan, Italy, Switzerland and Uzbekistan. Market language, warning labels and packaging layout can differ. Browse the TEREA by country hub for the current catalogue.

4. Confirm the quantity

A standard pack contains 20 sticks. A standard carton contains 10 packs, or 200 sticks. Check the listing when buying an individual pack, carton or limited edition.

5. Check the physical pack without making unsupported conclusions

Look for obvious damage, an opened pack or a mismatch between what was ordered and what arrived. Printing or label differences can reflect the origin market or a packaging update. Smell, taste, price or a QR code is not a reliable one-step authenticity test.

6. Keep the packaging and order information

If the item appears different from the listing, keep the carton, pack, receipt and seller communication. Ask the seller to confirm the origin-market edition. For formal authenticity verification, contact the manufacturer or relevant authority.

7. Insert the stick correctly

Use TEREA only with IQOS ILUMA, insert it to the printed line and follow the device instructions. If the device displays an error, remove the stick and use the ILUMA troubleshooting guide.
