How Dubai delivery works
- Choose an in-stock TEREA product and confirm that it matches an IQOS ILUMA device.
- Place the order online and provide an accurate Dubai delivery location and contact number.
- Select an available payment method. Cash on delivery is available across the UAE.
- The order is dispatched for delivery. The normal Dubai window is 1–2 hours.
Delivery timing can be affected by traffic, building access, order verification, weather or unusually high demand. The store confirms availability before dispatch where necessary.
Dubai areas covered
Delivery is available across the emirate, including residential towers, hotels and business districts. Dedicated local pages provide area-specific information for Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Village Circle, Business Bay, Deira, Jumeirah, Al Barsha, Dubai Silicon Oasis and International City. Looking for TEREA delivery near you? Search the UAE delivery-area directory for a specific neighbourhood or emirate, then confirm current availability when ordering.
Check compatibility before ordering
TEREA sticks are made for IQOS ILUMA and ILUMA i devices. They are not designed for older blade-based IQOS devices or IQOS BONDS. Older blade devices use HEETS, while IQOS BONDS uses BLENDS. If you are unsure which sticks fit your device, check the TEREA, BLENDS and HEETS compatibility guide before buying.
Compare TEREA prices and carton origins
Prices vary by origin market, edition and availability. A carton normally contains 10 packs of 20 sticks, for 200 sticks in total. The TEREA price guide for Dubai compares the current catalogue by origin, while the carton guide explains origin labels, pack count and compatibility information.
What to check when your order arrives
- Confirm the product name and origin match the item ordered.
- Check that the carton and individual packs are sealed and undamaged.
- Keep the product dry and away from direct sunlight or excessive heat.
- Do not insert TEREA into an incompatible device.

Our device range is the IQOS ILUMA i generation — i One, i Prime and i Standard. Original-generation ILUMA limited editions appear when we have them in stock. Every TEREA stick we sell works in all of them, and they are delivered on the same routes. TEREA sticks work in every ILUMA device, both generations, and do not work in IQOS 3 DUO — they have no blade slot and will not heat in a blade device.
