How to Check TEREA and HEETS Packaging in the UAE

Quick answer: packaging details vary by origin market. A missing QR code, different warning language, unfamiliar colour or low price cannot by itself prove that a TEREA or HEETS pack is counterfeit. Check several objective details and contact the manufacturer or relevant authority when formal verification is needed.

Start with device compatibility

• TEREA is designed for IQOS ILUMA-family devices.
• HEETS is used with compatible older blade-based IQOS devices.
• TEREA and HEETS are not interchangeable.

Use the device-and-stick compatibility guide if the device model is unclear.

Check the product name and origin market

Read the full product name, edition name and market information printed on the pack or carton. Language, warning panels, tax markings, barcodes and date-code layouts can differ between Japan, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Italy, Switzerland, Uzbekistan and other markets. Different packaging is not automatically suspicious.

Check pack and carton quantity

A standard TEREA carton listed by TereaStore contains 10 packs of 20 sticks, or 200 sticks. Confirm the quantity on the exact listing and packaging rather than relying on the carton colour.

What not to use as a one-step authenticity test

• A QR code alone
• Arabic warning text alone
• Price alone
• Flavour, smell or taste alone
• A single printing difference seen in an online photo

These details can vary by market or production run. They can prompt further checking, but they are not a reliable standalone verdict.

When packaging looks unfamiliar

1. Compare it with the exact origin-market edition you ordered.
2. Check the product name, quantity and compatibility.
3. Keep the carton, receipt and seller information.
4. Ask the seller for the listing and origin details.
5. For formal verification, contact the manufacturer or appropriate UAE authority.

Shopping information

Browse TereaStore’s TEREA by country pages to compare current origin-market listings. For items marked in stock, TereaStore ships within one hour; normal delivery is 1–2 hours in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman and 12–24 hours in other emirates. Delivery is free on orders over 299 AED.

Once those packaging checks are complete, continue through TereaStore’s packaging-check shopping route.
