Common questions

How many areas do you deliver to?

308 areas across all seven emirates. 205 of them are on the 1 to 2 hour window; the rest take 12 to 24 hours.

Do you deliver to my area?

If it is listed in the tables above, yes. The tables cover every area we serve, with the delivery time for each.

Which areas get delivery in 1 to 2 hours?

Every area in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman — 205 areas.

How long does delivery take to Abu Dhabi?

12 to 24 hours. The same window covers Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain.

Is there an area called Al Nahda in two emirates?

Yes. Al Nahda exists in both Dubai and Sharjah, as does Al Mamzar. Both are on the 1 to 2 hour window, so the delivery time is the same either way.

Is delivery free?

Free on orders over 299 AED, and a flat 30 AED below that. The threshold is the same in every area.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes. Cash at the door, or in advance by bank transfer or card. This applies in every area we serve.

What time can I order?

Daily from 6 AM to midnight, including weekends.

How much is a carton of TEREA?

From 120 AED for a carton of 200 sticks, which is 0.60 AED per stick. Prices run to 230 AED depending on the origin market.

What we deliver

Every area above is served from the same stock. The Indonesian range is the entry point at 120 AED for a carton of 200, and the range runs across six origin markets — Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Switzerland, Japan and Italy — each with its own flavour line-up at its own price.

Our device range is the IQOS ILUMA i generation — ILUMA i One, ILUMA i Prime and i Standard. Original-generation ILUMA limited editions appear when we have them in stock. Every TEREA stick we sell works in all of them, and they are delivered on the same routes. TEREA sticks work in every ILUMA device, both generations, and do not work in IQOS 3 DUO or any other blade device, which heats the stick rather than using induction.

Delivery areas and prices verified 26 August 2026.
